Methodist Church, Arnside
All communities need their up-grades and re-vamps. The Church in Arnside is not one to be left behind either. Working alongside Derek Hicks and Thew architects' practice, howe projects had pleasure in working on this project. Some technical works including: asbestos removal, dry rot treatments to timbers and damp proofing to internal walls with new renders. The Church was supplied with new roof/ceiling insulation boards, skimmed and decorated. Floor coverings were replaced and a new frameless glazed screen and dramatic glass door, with a commissioned bespoke glass detailed handle, were included within the fit out. Specialist lighting and music systems were also introduced to complete this stage of the Church's development.
