• privacy issues in the general Pharmacy area now have lead to the need for separate designated consultation areas
• we have assisted the pharmacist in providing advanced services with the facilities into this premises accredited by the local Primary Care Trust
• the NHS requirements are: clearly designated areas for confidential consultations separate to the general public. Other optional facilities we included: hot water and basin, work-surface for meetings, and a display board
